ESSEX Police are asking the bicycle rider to come forward after a collision in Copland Road, Stanford-le-Hope on Monday 24 November.
At around 8.30am a cyclist and a 6-year-old girl were in collision on a zebra crossing. The child needed stitches to her forehead following the incident. The cyclist left the scene before police arrived.
