PARENTS wanting to keep their children entertained this February half term can cut corners with crafting events at Essex & Suffolk Water’s Hanningfield Reservoir.
Youngsters will be painting, sticking and colouring, as part of a daily craft activity club designed to keep boredom at bay.

A bunch of different crafts are on offer, plus there’s the added benefit of spending time in the adventure playground, or walking around the beautiful nature reserve, spotting wildlife and the early spring flowers bloom.
Kirstie Carter, Operations Manager, said: “It’s great to see the kids having fun and it’s great for parents who can enjoy a coffee and not have to deal with tidying up the mess.
“Our craft events are always well attended as we are well stocked with craft supplies, and it can help get kids out in the fresh air and enjoying nature.”
There’s no need to book, just turn up and have fun.
Tickets are £2.50 per child, which includes all craft materials.
