ESSEX Police are appealing for anyone who saw or who has dashcam footage of a collision in Corringham.
The incident, which involved black Lexus and a pedestrian, took place at 7.40pm on Friday 27 March in Southend Road.
The pedestrian suffered serious injuries as a result of the collision and remains in hospital.

A spokesperson said: “We believe the pedestrian had earlier left Basildon Hospital between 5.30pm and 6pm, walking away from the hospital via Nethermayne, before continuing onto Southend Road, where the collision occurred.
As part of our investigation, a 64-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and driving whilst unfit through drugs.
He has since been released under investigation.
We want to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision or has dash cam or CCTV footage from Southend Road, Nethermayne, or surrounding routes between 5.30pm and 7.40pm.
