DETECTIVES, investigating an incident in which a car was driven at an on-duty police officer, have released an image of a man they are looking to speak to.
The officer was attempting to make an arrest on Thursday 28 April in New Road, Tiptree when a black Audi was driven at him. Luckily the officer escaped without injury but the police car and other vehicles were damaged. A pursuit followed but the driver of the vehicle fled at speed.

Detectives are continuing to investigate the incident and have issued an image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
Officers are keen to trace the whereabouts of 35-year-old Luke Wall, who is also known as Ray Patmore.
He is described as white, 5ft 10ins tall. He has a tattoo of the name “Thomas” on his upper right arm and a tattoo of the name “Theresa” on the left side of his chest. He is known to frequent the area of Stanford-le-Hope in Thurrock.
