A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.
Officers were called to Hathaway Road, Grays at around 2.30am this morning, Saturday May 2, following reports of a man acting suspiciously in the area.
Officers arrived within minutes and arrested a man. A 26-year-old from Grays remains in custody.
We are aware that video footage of this incident may be circulating on social media and ask that people do not share it as proceedings are now legally active.
