A SOUTH Ockendon man has pleaded guilty to downloading images of child abuse.
Michael Frisby-Brown, aged 55, of Ernan Road, South Ockendon, pled guilty to the following at Basildon magistrates court.
On October 14th, 2025 at South Ockendon, made indecent photographs, namely 3 x Category B images of a child.
On October 14th, 2025 at South Ockendon, made indecent photographs, namely 3 x Category C images of a child.
Frisby-Brown was made subject of a detailed community order.
Included in the stipulations are provisions for electronic tagging, drug rehabilitation.
He is required to register with police for five years.
