A CHADWELL St Mary woman has been fined for fraudulently using another woman’s bank card.
Hayley Rice, aged 33, of Defoe Parade, Chadwell St Mary pled guilty to the following at Basildon magistrates court.
On 30/04/2018 at Tilbury committed fraud in that you dishonestly made a false representation, namely using two bank cards, belonging to another, for contactless payment, intending to make a gain, namely cash, of an unknown amount, for yourself.
On 30/04/2018 at Grays, stole two bank cards of a value unknown belonging to another.
Rice was discharged conditionally for 12 months.
She was also fined £105.00











The woman is a thief so why hasn’t she been looked up for a minimum of 12 months
