A MAN has been banned for driving under the influence of drugs in Chafford Hundred.
Shahin Ahmed, aged 35, of McCullum Road, London pled guilty at Basildon magistrates court to the following.
On 12/08/2018 at Chafford Hundred drove a motor vehicle, namely Blue Ford Fiesta, on a road, namely Elizabeth Way, Chafford Hundred, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, in your blood, namely 5.4ug/l, exceeded the specified limit
Ahmed was disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 month(s).
He was also fined £250.00
