A YOUTH, tagged after being found guilty of robbing a “vulnerable old lady” was jailed after smashing his curfew monitoring box to pieces in a fit of rage.

A court heard that the 14-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was found guilty of ransacking an elderly ladies house last month.

As part of his sentence he had a curfew monitoring box installed but soon vandalised it.

The youth pled guilty. In mitigation his lawyer, Ms Tahmina Majid said: “He had been bullied on his way home from school and took his frustrations out on it.”

Chair of the Magistrates, Mr Allen told the youth. “You appeared to show no remorse for your crime. You targeted a vulnerable old lady.”

He was sentenced to six months detention.

Ah bless his little cotton socks, were his feelings hurt by the big bullies!!

Spinless little scrote did not think about the poor victim did they, lock peices of scum like tis up for a long time but don’t molly coddle them whilst inside, make then work hard whilst inside, also make them pay for the criminal damage that they caused to their electronic tag.

Forget about human rights issues they have decided that they wanted to terrorise a vulnerable old lady so they have thrown away any rights that thye may think they have.

  2. Well said Lambo – odd how his type always have a doleful script ready and a lawyer paid for by us to ‘cry wolf’ – he needs attitude realignment and shouldn’t be allowed freedom until he has proved he realyy UNDERSTANDS civilized living patterns. How much it all really costs is unquantifiable – especially for Victims – who have to proceed with a SHATTERED MEMORY BANK. This country – in LAW – has lost all plots.

(p.s. to Michael Casey – line 4 should read : ransacking an elderly lady’s home)
