Chafford Hundred resident named as victim of A13 crash

AN inquest has been opened into the death of a second man killed in a Valentine’s Day collision on the A13 in Rainham reports the Romford Recorder.

A coroner named the man as 45-year-old Kalin Hadzhiev, a Bulgarian man who lived in Swiftsure Road, Chafford Hundred.
