ESSEX Police want to speak to Scott Osborne in connection with an on-going Stanford-le-Hope burglary investigation.
He is 33 years old, slim, with brown hair and blue eyes. He has tattoos on his arm and one says ‘Mum’. When he was last seen he had short hair and was clean shaven.
He has connections to Basildon and Romford. He is also known to use the names Scott Dyson, Scott Hall and Albert Vaughan.
