FORMER Thurrock MP Andrew Mackinlay was in Gibraltar this week to receive the Freedom of the City of Gibraltar during a formal ceremony yesterday in the heart of town.
Andrew was joined by Tory peer Michael Ancram, QC, the Marquess of Lothian.
Mr Mackinlay was praised for having defended the rights of the Gibraltarian people in the British Parliament for well over a decade.
