THE leader of Thurrock Council, John Kent is, no doubt, looking forward to Christmas. However, politically, he has 2015 on his mind.
In this ten minute interview, there are a number of challenges ahead. First and foremost, there is the budget, where a large cloud hangs over there front line but there is also the Dartford Crossing, education, the green belt, the elections, both local and general and many other issues.
