Three cut from vehicle after smash on M25

    Firefighters were called to a two vehicle RTC which left three people trapped. The collision took place between Junctions 30 and 29 on the anti-clockwise lanes of the M25.

    Crews used specialist cutting equipment and had released all three casualties by 10:54hrs. They were left in the care of the Ambulance Service.

    Update: 1225 hrs

    The road has now re-opened J30-J29 following the earlier serious accident. Severe delays remain but traffic now moving in area.

    Update: 1200 hrs

    M25 closed and stationary traffic anticlockwise between J30, A13 (Lakeside) and J29, A127 (Romford), because of an accident involving a lorry and up to three cars.

    Diversion in operation – follow the Hollow Square signs via A13 east to Orsett, the A128 north to the A127 and west back to the M25.

    M25 Greater London – Queuing traffic for three miles on M25 clockwise between J29, A127 (Romford) and J30, A13 (Lakeside), because of people slowing to look at an accident.

    Update: 1100 hrs

    M25 blocked and stationary traffic anticlockwise between J30, A13 (Lakeside) and J29, A127 (Romford), because of an accident involving a lorry and up to three cars.

    M25 Greater London – Two lanes closed and queuing traffic on M25 clockwise between J29, A127 (Romford) and J30, A13 (Lakeside), because of an accident on the other side.

    Incident: 1000 hrs

    M25 Essex – M25 blocked and stationary traffic anticlockwise between J30, A13 (Lakeside) and J29, A127 (Romford), because of an accident involving two cars.
