THURROCK put in a solid performance to see off Channel island outfit, Guernsey.
Two goals from striker Ross Wall in the second half were enough for the Fleet who are starting to put together a good run of form.
Thurrock play Chatham in the next round.
They return to league action against AFC Sudbury in the league next Saturday.
