UKIP’S candidate for Thurrock in May’s General Election, Tim Aker, has supported comments from UKIP Leader Nigel Farage, who has called for employers to be allowed to favour employing British workers over foreign workers.

Tim Aker said: “It is quite clear that Nigel Farage is the only party leader to say loudly and proudly that we should put our own people first. British jobs should be for British workers first and foremost. That is something that I know Thurrock people support and want to see.

“Brits of all backgrounds need to know their MP will put them first above anyone else and that is what Nigel Farage and UKIP are saying. The public are the masters and politicians are meant to be the servants.

“As usual, we have the typical outrage from the politically correct establishment Labour and Tories who have both opened the door to uncontrolled immigration and both support maintaining mass immigration inside the European Union.

“Here in Thurrock, jobs and housing should go to Thurrock people first and foremost. It is quite clear from the reaction to Nigel Farage’s comments that now only UKIP believes in Britain and all the British people.”
