THURROCK Council’s ruling Labour group has put a bid together to plough millions into the High House Production Park.
Portfolio holder, cllr Richard Speight spoke to fellow cabinet members on Wednesday night and outlined the amount of investment the council plan to invest in new facilities in the park.
