A SOUTH OCKENDON man is set to go on trial this summer over ammunition and drugs charges.
Anthony Lee, 47. Fulbrook Lane, South Ockendon faces a number of charges.
1. On 05/05/2015 at East Tilbury, youhad in your possession ammunition, namely two live rounds of. 22 long rifle rim fire ammunition., to which section 1 of the Firearms Act 1968 applied without holding a firearm certificate in force at the time.
2. On 06/05/2015 at Tilbury, you were concerned in the production of a quantity of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B by another in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971
3. On 30/04/2015 at Grays, you had in your possession a quantity of amphetamine, a controlled drug of class B in contravention of section 5(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971
4. On 30/04/2015 at Grays, you had in your possession ammunition, namely one live round of .25" ammunition, to which section 1 of the Firearms Act 1968 applied without holding a firearm certificate in force at the time.
The trial date is set for July 13th.
