AS you are already aware, the Thameside Theatre family Pantomime for Christmas 2015 will be Sleeping Beauty. The Pantomime will run from Friday 4 December 2015 to Sunday 3 January 2016.
From the team at Polka Dot Pantomimes behind last year’s record breaking Snow White, comes this year’s hilarious Pantomime Sleeping Beauty. With spectacular scenery, dazzling costumes and amazing special effects, this year’s Thameside Pantomime tells the tale of a beautiful princess who pricks her finger on a spinning wheel and falls into a deep sleep thanks to the evil spell cast upon her by the wicked fairy.
Back by popular demand is everyone’s favourite Essex heartthrob JEFF BRAZIER (Dancing On Ice and This Morning), who will leave audiences in a spin as he returns to play the handsome Prince.
Auditions for local youngsters recently took place and the successful lucky performers who will be taking part in this year’s Production are:
Over 96 children turned up for the auditions and Darren Maddison of Polka Dot Pantomimes and Choreographer Vikki Bussell were very impressed with the high level of ability from all the youngsters. They will meet up in November to start rehearsals before the big opening on Friday 4 December 2015.
