A WOMAN has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a motorcyclist died following a collision on the M25 in south Essex on Friday September 18.
HGV driver Stana Caltun, 35, from Romania appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Saturday September 18 and has been remanded in custody to appear at Chelmsford Crown court on November 23.
