A TILBURY teen is set to appear in court charged with riding his bicycle on the pavement.
The fifteen year old, who cannot be named for legal reasons is alleged to have ridden his bike on the footpath at Grays Town centre on March 11th, 2015.
He is also alleged to have gone through a red light.
The case is set for October 6th, 2015.
