Thurrock Tory health boss: “Only a moron” would guarantee funding levels stay same for mental health

THURROCK Labour and Tories clashed last week over funding levels for mental health services in Thurrock.This stemmed form a series of questions from Labour councillor Jane Pothecary.The series of questions comes as both Labour and UKIP pursue a line of inquiry that seeks to establish whether the Tories are inflicting a series of drastic cuts on Thurrock or simply proposing and delivering a “smarter” way of delivering services.
