TWO very late goals by Thurrock earned a vital point away at Witham on Saturday afternoon.
Th fellow wEssex side had opened the scoring with goals by Usman Adeniji (45′) and Tim Monsheju (61′).
But Thurrock maintained their unbeaten record with goals by Harry Cook (89′) and Charlie Stimson (90′)
The result sees them remain in second place but they are now four points behind from Maldon and Tiptree.
They return to league action against Phoenix Sports next Saturday.
