AT the last meeting of the civic year, Thurrock Council took the opportunity to reflect on the murders in Westminster.
Fr Brian O’Shea delivered a poignant homily, there was a minute’s silence and then the deputy leader of Thurrock Council, cllr Shane Hebb spoke.
