Wayne’s Big Ride

YourThurrock first spoke to Wayne Whiskerd in one of our first ever films at the Thurrock Cycle Marathon last year.

Wayne will be cycling from Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge to Thurrock and Basildon Hospital on June 6th in aid of the Edith Cavell Ward.

We have also chronicled Wayne’s honest testimonies about alcoholism. Next week we will be publishing a further interview with Wayne regarding recent health statistics.
