Parents have been trying to get kids to put things in bins for years. If you make the bin more attractive then perhaps this might encourage the wee ones to think about waste and recycling.
Thurrock Council waste management team have come up with the idea of animals to encourage recycling and here at Chadwell Primary School they have a cow. We are promised a sheep and a pig might follow.
