Dolly Turner is not the type to moan. A hard working woman all her life she has also undertaken sterling work for Little Haven’s Hospice with her legendary christmas puddings.
But since they had their home re-possessed last year, cancer stricken Dolly and her husband Alan have been fighting a bitter battle with the Council to find adequate accommodation.
Dolly and Alan claim that the one-bedroomed flat in Alf Lownes Court is simply inadequate for their domestic and medical needs and according to them may be a health and safety hazard to the couple.
