As controversy dogged him in life, so it seems to have done so in death. As YourThurrock reported two weeks ago, the suspended Chief Executive of Basildon CVS Mark Williams was found dead in the Tilbury home that he shared with his partner, Sue Garner.

We believed it was only right to give Sue Garner a “right to reply” and then let the matter rest.
