So when Firefighter Pat Davie ,stationed at Grays , emerged from St John’s Church in Tilbury with his new bride Donna they were greeted by a full guard of honour carried out by his watch.
On hand were two vintage fire appliances which are on permanent display at the FIre Service Museum in Hogg Lane Grays.
