Saturday’s Blue Square Premier season opener between Grays Athletic and Chester City has been called off.
Chester City were deducted 25 points by the Football Conference on Wednesday, following a recent spell in voluntary financial administration.
The Football Association have told the Conference they are breaching rules in allowing Chester to play.
The club entered administration after being relegated from League Two in May.
Chester, now owned by the Vaughan family, have been struggling to secure accreditation to the FA.
