IN OUR humble opinion, the Ormiston performance of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Nights Dream was the best performance by a country mile at the Thurrock Schools Shakespeare Festival.
As co-organiser, Mary-Ann Connolly said: “It was not a competition but a celebration.” but you could still celebrate a wonderful, vibrant, dynamically acted ensemble performance where different actors competed to act each other off the stage.
