WE WERE just passing when we spotted Miss Galaxy, Hayley Mac helping the Poppy Appeal in the Eastgate Centre. The beauty queen does such a sterling job with her charity work that we filmed an interview with the veterans and organisers to assess the impact of the poppy appeal in Basildon.
