AS we have said, we make no excuse for dividing this evening up into several parts. There are many many organisations: Thurrock Council, Essex Police to name just two, who are doing there bit, more than there bit to give young people every chance to succeed in life.
The most important part of this evening was, at the end, when all the students got up on stage, a la Live Aid, to sing a closing number.
Whether it is climbing up a mountain or mixing a grim tape. It is a sense of achievement, a sense of worth.
