ENTOURAGE nightclub in Grays has had its licence suspended for 28 days after an emergency meeting of Thurrock Council’s Licensing Sub-Committee.
This follows the mass fight on saturday morning which left two police officers hospitalised.
One man is still in hospital with a head injury and broken arm, while a second man was treated for head injuries at hospital before being discharged.
A hearing to decide the club’s future will now take place within 28 days.
A 22-year-old man from West Norwood, South London, was arrested on suspicion of having an offensive weapon and was bailed until November 18, pending further enquiries.
