ON THE day that community cohesion, i.e: people from different walks of life getting on was red flagged by the government as a serious problem in Thurrock, we filmed a further meeting of the Tilbury and Chadwell Development Trust. The success of the Trust could be a key solution to what many see as the greatest challenge for the borough.
