With history between the sides it was always going to be a hard game. The under-16’s played excellent rugby and kept their focus. T’s proved to be the stronger side in the first half making every tackle count, they kept driving the ball forward but Barking’s strong defence line kept T’s from touching down.
T’s forwards made a valiant effort and kept the pressure on up to the blow of the last whistle. T’s are normally the under dogs when up against Barking but their performance left no one in any doubt that T’s are chasing Barking for 1st position in the league.
