Appeal for Missing Orsett Man

POLICE are appealing for help from the public to find a man missing from his home in Orsett, south west Essex.

Stephen Proctor, 40, of Heath Road, was reported missing by his wife on Monday, February 8.

On that day he is believed to have driven his Isuzu Trooper car to the Asda store at Tilbury where cash was withdrawn from a bank machine.

The car was found the following day in a car park above cliffs at Kynance Cove, near Helston, Cornwall.

Officers from Devon and Cornwall Constabulary searched the area but found no trace of Mr Proctor.

He is 5ft 10in tall, of slim build, has collar-length black hair and a beard. He was believed to have been wearing navy blue combat trousers, a blue polo shirt, navy blue fleece and black shoes.
