ONLY a few days have elapsed since the funeral of Luz Tacon and the borough has lost another community champion in Tony Guyon.
Tony had just returned from a holiday in the caribbean.
Tony was a key figure in countless community projects over the years. Instrumental in the setting up of Ngage, part of CVS as well as a Community Development Worker in Basildon.
