THE SEASON is all about timing and it seems that with this fifth win in a row, that puts them into fourth place, the Millermen have set themselves up for a wonderful chance to compete in the play-offs.
The whole run in began with a nightmare scenario of nine games in nineteen days but here we are now with four games in eight days and the Millermen are still there.

Aveley travel across the bridge to champions Dartford on saturday. Dartford won 4-0 away from home last night. Over 3,000 are expected at the game. In many ways, Dartford are seen as the way forward for all the five teams in the Thurrock borough.
Either way, it is hoped it isn’t a bridge too far tomorrow.
