Kenningtons Community Forum is holding its AGM on Monday 20th September starting at 7.30pm at the Aveley Methodist Church, Shannon Way, Kenningtons, Aveley.
There will also be a presentation by Jonathon Catton as he relives the memories of Aveley and looks back to how it use to be. The Forum is run by local people who work together to improve the area for everyone and gives local residents the chance to have a say on local issues through its links with the police, council and other services. In addition it receives an annual allocation of funding from Thurrock Council which can be used on community projects.
The forum is actively seeking new members and committee members, so whether you are a lifelong resident or have recently moved to Kenningtons, come along and find out more.
