THE THREE remaining borough teams will be relatively happy with their draws in the 2nd Qualifying Round in the FA Cup.
Thurrock are at home to either Biggleswade Town or Stamford. Both teams are two leagues below them but as the Fleet have not won this year, this may still be a challenge.
Grays Athletic will travel to Bury St Edmunds to take on Ryman Premier’s unbeaten outfit Bury Town. With five wins on the bounce, Grays look impressive and will no doubt see another tilt at superior opposition as an opportunity and not a problem.
East Thurrock also take on Premier opposition, at home to Carshalton, who have made a steady start to the year.
All games will take place on Saturday September 25th.
Other local ties include;
