Bulphan in Bloom were uncorking the champagne after they scooped two awards at the presentation of The Anglia in Bloom Awards today in Suffolk,
The village was presented with the prestigious ‘Gold Award’ and also ‘Best Overall Village’ in Anglia.
The judges were extremely impressed with the very high standard they found in and around Bulphan and commented highly,on the hard work the Bulphan in Bloom team
have achieved over the past year.
All the ‘Bulphan in Bloomers’ are delighted with this very special award which they will be bringing back to Thurrock tonight for display.
The team now wait until the end of the month to see what their placing will be in the national ‘Britain in Bloom’ competition.
This will be announced at a special ceremony in Birmingham.
