A MAN and a teenage boy will be appearing in court today after being charged in connection with a stabbing in South Ockendon.
Police were called to Celandine Close at about 11.40pm on Sunday, September 19, after a woman was stabbed several times. She was taken to hospital and had emergency surgery.
Christopher Rowe, 22, of Dart Green, South Ockendon has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent and also charged with possessing an offensive weapon.
A 16-year-old boy from Rainham, is also charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent and possessing an offensive weapon.
They are due to appear at Grays Magistrates’ Court this morning.
