Police have received the following in tribute to 23-year-old Laura Williams from Chelmsford who died following a collision on the M25 at Thurrock which happened on September 29.
Laura died at Basildon Hospital on October 1.
Her family said the following: “Words cannot express what you meant to us. A beautiful, vibrant, funny girl. Our angel. From mum, dad, brother Rich, boyfriend Dean Fox, nana, and all your family and friends. All our love always darling.”
