OPEN evenings are fascinating. Each school that we work with manage to present what they do in a unique way. Hassenbrook had the new Stanford and Corringham sixth form centre to display as well as many other departments. Needless to say, the young prospective students were fascinated by the scientific experiments as well as the futuristic i-lab.
It is also testament to how each school presents itself. The wall displays had so much information and so proud of its heritage and achievements. Indeed YourThurrock was present at the Royal Opera House at Covent Garden on Monday night (for an update on the technical facility) where former student Marc-Antony Turnage was present as his new work Anna-Nicole will be premiered this season.
