Once again pupils from Ormiston Park Academy and the surrounding community have created a record number of shoe boxes filled with prized possessions for the poor, ready for the festive season ahead.
The students put a lot of thought and effort into the ‘Love in a Box’ appeal, filling them with gifts- old and new.
Love in a Box is a festive/Christmas present for children in war-torn countries. Boxes contain a variety of useful and fun gifts and are often the only presents the orphans and deprived children have ever received.
