He will be reading from and signing his new book Good Morning Nantwich: Adventures in Breakfast Radio.
Phill lived for some time in Stanford-le-Hope and went to Stanford Juniors, Hassenbrook School and Palmer’s College, before working in the Job Centre for five years.
He changed his career to become a performance poet called Porky the Poet and went on to support successful bands such as The Housemartins, The Style Council and Billy Bragg.
He is now one of the biggest names in comedy – appearing regularly on TV in programmes such as Never Mind the Buzzcocks and QI.
