AFTER the colour of Christmas, comes the cold grey light of the January bills. With people paying their mortgages by credit card and job cuts across the board, the economic outlook for many still remain uncertain.
For many, it is all about the basic bills, which is why Thurrocks Citizens Advice Bureau in partnership with Charis Grants hosted an afternoon down at the Beehive in Argent Street where residents could obtain much needed advice regarding their utility bills.
