Charity day for Glen Daly at Thurrock Rugby Club

A CHARITY day on behalf of Glen Daly, who was killed in Greece two years ago takes place this afternoon (Saturday) at Thurrock Rugby Club.

They will have a disco, hog roast, rugby tournaments, face painting and raffles. They also have an Essex Fire brigade with one of their vehicles for the kids, and the Police are also coming along with one of their vehicles.

Organiser Dorothy Daly said: “Hopefully the weather will be on our side that day, as the sun does tend to bring the people along, which means raising a lot of money for the Charity Bridge In The Gap, and Glen Daly Olivia’s Trust Fund which was opened by Glen’s company Tilbury Container Services.”
