Two men have been charged over a fatal crash involving four vehicles on the M25 in Essex more than 10 months ago.
Izabela Derbis, 27, a Polish national, of Warren Street, London, died in the crash in South Ockendon, on 15 October.
A 54-year-old man from Wickford has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and also with causing grievous bodily harm.
Another man, 25, from Stanford-le-Hope is accused of causing death by careless driving.
They have both been bailed to appear at Basildon Magistrates’ Court on 8 September.
A third man arrested in connection with the collision has been released without charge.
Ms Derbis was a passenger in a Renault Scenic.
A 28-year-old woman driving the Scenic was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
